2. How Do I Use Boogabites?
Boogabites app is available In Google Play and App Store.
Simply log on, enter your delivery address and see the list of restaurants that are within the delivery range.
3. Does it Cost Anything to Use Boogabites?
There is no fee to join Boogabites – you only pay for what you order from our restaurant partners plus a small delivery fee. The prices you see on our website are never marked up; they are the exact same prices you would pay while dining in the restaurant.
4. What's Boogabites's Delivery Coverage?
Boogabites delivers within the city of Laredo and Webb County. Simply log on, enter your delivery address and see the list of restaurants that are within the delivery range.
5. How Long Does It Take For a Delivery?
Boogabites delivers approximately 25-50 minutes for most orders. Traffic and partner restaurant workload may in some cases affect the delivery time.
6. Can I Schedule a Delivery for a Later Day?
No problem. If you want your food delivered to your door the minute you get home from work, the gym or the bar, simply choose your specific delivery time after selecting your menu items.

8. How Can I Check and Follow My Order?
Real time tracking of your order! After you've selected your delicious dishes, you may follow the status of your order as it works its way through our intricately smooth process. The map on your App will display in real time as the Boogadriver is enroute to your home, office or hotel.

10. Why Is The Full Menu Not Listed For Some Restaurants?
We have carefully collaborated with each of our partner restaurants to bring you the best and brightest of their menu, while also carefully considering prep and cook time to ensure a timely delivery. Also, some items simply don’t travel well – such as ice cream.
11. How Do I Pay For My Order?
After adding the items to your cart you can check out with the standard array of credit or debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Sorry, but for the safety of our drivers we do not accept cash.
12. Can I Buy More Than One Item At A Time?
You can most definitely purchase more than one item from a restaurant, but due to the logistics of delivery you cannot place items from various restaurants on one order. If you wish to place orders from multiple restaurants, please create separate orders.
13. How do I redeem a coupon code?
After you made your meal selections, click on "VIEW CART", then you will be on the Checkout Page. On this page, you will have the opportunity to enter the coupon code. Please be sure to click "APPLY COUPON" before you continue to check out.
14. Do I have to tip?
Tipping is entirely up to the customer. But of course, we always appreciate and encourage tipping when the Boogapartner goes above and beyond!
